I just wanted to send a shout out for the exceptional service I got from Karen in the deli. I was really wanting something that wasn't out for purchase, and she went in back and found it for me. I was super grateful and impressed as I had been to another Albertson's who refused to go look in the back. So yes, thank you, Karen, you're awesome and I'm grateful for your extra effort.
I was there for the app pick up and it was an overall pleasant and quick experience. Antonio greeted me with a smile and was professional, and even assisted me getting the number from my app. Less than four minutes I was in and out. Will definitely be using the service again.

Kinda surprised by the negative reviews. I personally have never been in such a nice Albertsons. Good meat and produce departments. Of course Starbucks. What stood out was the service. Always get asked at the register but ahve never seen employees wondering asking every customer and have never seen them actually go and get whatever was needed. Exceptionally busy night before TG and that place was run smoothly. My go to market now.
